MENTORING MYTHS, REAL TALK

​Reality: Your time and consistency matter more than your wallet. Kids remember who shows up, not what you spend.
Reality: You don’t need all the answers or a flawless story. You just need to be willing to show up and grow alongside a young person. We train you and back you up.
Reality: Most Bigs give a few hours a month, scheduled around real jobs and real families. It’s about being consistent, not available 24/7.
