With a career spanning decades, Bailey has been a defining force in Detroit’s house music scene, including holding down the longest-running house music weekly in Detroit history at Club 246 in the 1990s and later recreating that same energy at the iconic Lola’s in Harmonie Park. His career has placed him on bills with some of the most respected names in house and techno, including Louie Vega, Moodymann, Carl Craig, D-Nice, Osunlade, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Jazzy Jeff, DJ Minx, Juan Atkins, and many more.
Known as one of the Motor City’s go-to DJs, Bailey has brought his sound to major cultural, corporate, and philanthropic events across Detroit and beyond, including performances connected to The Jackson 5, Aretha Franklin’s final concert, the New York Marathon Gala, the Barristers Ball, and high-profile private events. He currently holds multiple residencies throughout Metro Detroit, serves as Musical Director for Soul on Ice Drinking Den, and continues to shape the city’s nightlife and music culture through his promotion company, Tandem Entertainment.
