Clear skies, comfortable temperatures, a beautiful backyard, and a community gathered around young people. It was everything we hope A Fall Evening with BBBSSEM can be.

As has become tradition, we came together outdoors to celebrate connection, invest in mentorship, and help make our community a more supportive place for young people to learn, grow, and discover what’s possible.

We are especially grateful to Tara and Ethan Linkner, who welcomed us into their beautiful home for the second time. Their warmth and generosity helped create an evening that felt every bit as welcoming as it was special.

The BBBS Luminary Award, bestowed annually at A Fall Evening with BBBS, honors individuals whose extraordinary leadership, vision, and commitment light the way for young people to achieve their full potential. Like a true luminary, recipients inspire others through their actions, champion the power of mentorship, and create brighter futures for the children and communities we serve.

BBBS is proud to present The 2026 Luminary Award posthumously to Ann Feeney, in recognition of her extraordinary leadership, vision, and commitment to lighting the way for young people to achieve their full potential. Accepting this honor on her behalf will be her husband, Michael.
