Q: How do I watch The Big Little Telethon?
A: For Comcast/ Xfinity subscribers, tune into channel 900 or visit the BBBS Washtenaw YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/bbbswashtenaw) from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. on Sunday, September 13th.
Q: How much is a 52 Card Raffle ticket?
A: Each 52 card raffle ticket is $100
Q: I live in another state for a portion of the year. Can I break up the delivery of flowers, sweets and wine if I am the winner of the 52 card raffle?
A: No. Delivery must begin by December 2020 and will be consecutive for the next 12 months.
Q: If there are two (2) people in my household, do I need to buy two (2) tickets?
A: If you wish to receive two meals, you must purchase two (2) tickets.
Q: Will my food be delivered?
A: It depends on the ticket level you purchase. Watch Party and Benefactor ticket levels will have their food and beverage delivered to their home between 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 13th by a BBBS staff member. Insider ticket holders pick up their own food and beverage at either the Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti pick-up locations between 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. See next question for pick-up location addresses. Introductory ticket holders must pick up their own food from participating Cottage Inn Gourmet Pizza locations, or pay an additional fee to Cottage Inn for delivery.

A: Ann Arbor pick-up is at Conlin Travel Agency, located at 3270 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor 48104 between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m.
Ypsilanti pick up is at 734 Brewing Company, located at 15 E. Cross St., Ypsilanti 48198 between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m.
Q: I bought an Introductory ticket. How do I get my food?
A: Introductory ticket holders will be emailed a coupon code for $15 to use at participating Cottage Inn Gourmet Pizza locations. Coupon code must be redeemed online and is valid ONLY on Sunday, September 13th. Participating locations will be included in the email. Delivery fees from Cottage Inn not included.
Q: Does it cost anything to watch the telethon on September 13th?
A: No. You can watch the telethon for free by tuning into Comcast/Xfinity Channel 900 or the BBBS Washtenaw YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/bbbswashtenaw) However, to have the full Big Little Telethon experience, we encourage everyone to purchase a ticket that includes varying food and beverage options.
